Every artwork not uploaded above must be included in this link. Each linked file must be no larger than 25 MB. Please make sure the files can be downloaded without requesting access.

These notes will not appear on the exhibition caption. Please identify the relevant artwork, for example: “Artwork 1: Please keep the right side of the image.”

File and printing information

• JPEG files only (.jpg or .jpeg). RAW files cannot be accepted.

• Each photograph will be printed in A4 size (21 × 29.7 cm), in portrait or landscape orientation.

• If an image does not match the A4 aspect ratio, cropping may be required. Unless you provide instructions above, we will crop from the centre.

• A few millimetres around each edge may be covered by the frame mat.

• Printed colours and brightness may differ slightly from the image shown on a smartphone or computer screen.

• Please avoid emoji and decorative symbols because some characters may not reproduce correctly on the printed caption.

• You may submit up to two artworks with each form submission. If you are exhibiting three to eight artworks, submit this form again as many times as necessary using the same legal name and email address.

Copyright and use

Copyright remains with the photographer. Submitted images may be reproduced, resized, and cropped only as necessary for Fine Art Photography Exhibition vol.10, including printing, framing, exhibition display, the commemorative catalogue, event documentation, and promotion on NIHONBUNGEI’s official website and social media. The photographer’s name or Instagram username will be credited when the artwork is published.
